Shipping Policy
and Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after that will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched from our warehouse on Monday or the next working day.
Delivery Address
Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once you have placed your order. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
International Orders
Import duties may exist in some countries due to regional differences. As a customer, you are responsible for paying these charges. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these charges can sometimes be high and we are unable to calculate them for you.
What is the returns policy?
If you do not receive your item or receive a damaged item, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
My item was dropped off at the wrong mailbox or stolen after I signed for it?
We are not responsible for lost/stolen items after shipment (e.g. after a mailbox has been sent out), we will ensure that the item is delivered to your address based on the information provided by the logistics company, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer if the item needs to be replaced.
